Chan Chi Kee Cutlery, has stood the test of time through hard work and outstanding craftsmanship. "Wherever you find Chinese, you find our knives". They are all over the world, says Chan Kin, a nephew of the company's late founder who gave the store its name.

Anthony Bourdain bought a knife here when he filmed his show ”The Layover” in Hong Kong a few years ago.

This is the shop where Hong Kong chefs buy their knives, cutting boards and butchers. Chan Chi Kee has an extensive selection of knives with some Japanese and European brands, but mostly their own local Chinese broad blade knives.

It is these knives that HK Knives can now offer to the Swedish market.
